- Each month, cadets will write a minimum one page reflection on their mentor meeting. The reflection should include a summary of the discussion (what?), the cadet's reactions/thoughts/feelings (so what?); and a discussion of how the cadet can use information gained (now what?).
- Each semester, the cadet will submit a log of meetings with mentor. The log must include the date of each meeting, location of each meeting, and be signed by the mentor.
